Canyon Vista's unique 1.2 acre property has four guest rooms, garden hot tub, porch and patio areas to dine, stargaze, and relax. In addition to being the only B&B with river access, Zion's Watchman, Johnson Mountain, Mt. Kinesava, Eagle Crags and other mountains surround us. The views from our property are spectacular and sunsets amazing.

Our rooms are 280-600 square feet and are appointed with a wireless internet, telephone, Direct TV Satellite, convenience kitchen (sink, microwave, under the counter refrigerator, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishes and utensils) private bath, and a private entrance so guests may enjoy the benefits of a bed and breakfast while maintaining their own schedule and privacy.
Canyon Vista is located in Springdale, Utah, the gateway town to Zion National Park. We are just 2 1/2 miles from the Zion National Park Visitors Center/South Entrance Station and within the free town and park shuttle system that operates mid-March through October. The shuttle stop is an easy walk from our property and a convenient way to visit the park, restaurants, and shopping. Suggestion: When researching accommodations, be sure to ask the distance to the Visitors Center as it is the "hub" of the park, where you catch the scenic drive shuttle for all major hikes in the canyon. Cars are allowed on highway 9 year round and on the scenic drive during the off season, Nov.- Feb. We make a convenient home base for day trips to Kolob Canyons, Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce Canyon National Park, Brian Head Ski resort, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and more.
Breakfast: To better accommodate our guests and provide flexibility on breakfast items and times, we offer breakfast vouchers to local Springdale restaurants. Knowing Zion is a hiking, sightseeing and photography destination, this gives our guests the opportunity to enjoy breakfast on their own schedule instead of waiting for a specific breakfast time at the B&B. Breakfast is available from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. during the season and 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. during late fall and winter. The restaurants are conveniently located on the way to Zion Park entrance and along the Zion shuttle route. Restaurant options, menus, and vouchers will be provided at check-in. We also have coffee makers and hot water kettles in each room for your convenience with coffee and tea provided. With advance notice, we are also happy to provide an in-room continental breakfast option for very early risers or guests on the go.
