Cancellations: If you want to tentatively reserve a room while you finalize your travel plans, we will waive the cancellation fee for 48 hours. Otherwise, as a small B&B, we lose money on cancelled reservations and must enforce the following cancellation policy:
More than 2 weeks notice: $25.00 cancellation fee
Less than 2 weeks notice:If we are able to rebook your room, there will be only the $25.00 cancellation fee so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation or change your dates of stay. Otherwise, the cancellation charge will be for one evening or 25% of the stay which ever is greater, plus tax. Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking.
Kitchenettes: Kitchenettes are provided for your convenience, but cooking in rooms must be limited to microwave use. Due to fire code and permit restrictions, we cannot allow the use of portable stoves, grills, BBQ's, electric skillets, etc. in guest rooms. The rooms are carpeted and do not have proper ventilation for cooking with devices other than the microwave. Guests who cook in the rooms will be subject to fees for costs related to additional cleaning, laundering, and carpet shampooing necessary to remove odors from room.
General (the usual hotel small print stuff): Canyon Vista reserves the right to refuse service and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property of any kind. As a further condition of your stay, you agree to reimburse the owners for any and all damages to property caused by you, family members, invited guests, or others traveling with you.
