Our king suites are newly-renovated, with a rustic-yet-elegant appearance and a spacious 550 to 600 sq. ft. where you can kick back and relax. Both king suites in this Springdale Bed and Breakfast are family friendly, with a full-size dining table and large sitting area, and they can comfortably accommodate five or six people (of course there’s no reason a couple can’t enjoy this wonderfully spacious suite, too). Sinewava Falls King Suite – Sleeps up to 6

The Sinewava Falls Suite is our most spacious suite with 600 sq. feet and newly remodeled.  It is rustic-elegant lodging with textured faux walls, stressed hardwood floors and area rugs, beautiful slate at the private entrance and kitchenette.  The suite is ideal for relaxation with a comfy, beautifully-appointed teak king bed and sitting area including sofa (queen sleeper), large chair with ottoman, writing desk, full-size dining table and kitchenette.  A comfy queen aero-bed can also be added.  This roomy suite is perfect for a family (and beautifully spacious for a couple).  The Falls Suite is fully equipped with under-the counter refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishware & utensils, private bathroom with tub/shower combination, new, whisper-quiet individual heating/air-conditioning, Direct TV Satellite, free telephone and wireless internet services.  We provide complimentary fresh-ground coffee, tea selection and hot chocolate, as well as breakfast vouchers to great local restaurants so you can set your own schedule and enjoy your favorite foods.  All Canyon Vista lodging is non-smoking.

This room is named the Sinewava Falls Suite after the beautiful water falls which adorn the Temple of Sinewava, located in Zion National Park at the end of the main canyon scenic drive.  Native Americans named this area to honor Sinewava, Wolf God of the Canyon.  Sinewava is the last shuttle stop in the canyon and the beginning of one of the most popular hikes in the park, The Narrows.

Kinesava Mountain King Suite - Sleeps up to 5

The Kinesava Mountain Suite is 550 sq. feet, roomy and newly remodeled.  It is rustic-elegant lodging with textured faux walls, stressed hardwood floors, area rugs, beautiful slate at the private entrance and kitchenette.  The Suite is ideal for relaxation with a comfy, beautifully-appointed mission oak king bed and futon (queen sleeper).  Sitting areas also include an armoire, chairs, writing desk, full-size dining table and  kitchenette.  There is a separate, private alcove connected to the Mountain Suite with a full size bed.  We affectionately call this small sleeping area our Harry Potter Room.  This roomy suite is fully equipped with under-the counter refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, hot-water kettle, dishware & utensils, private bathroom with tub/shower combination, new, whisper-quiet individual heating/air-conditioning, Direct TV Satellite, free telephone and wireless internet services.  We provide complimentary fresh-ground coffee, tea selection and hot chocolate, as well as breakfast vouchers to great local restaurants so you can set your own schedule and enjoy your favorite foods.  All Canyon Vista lodging is non-smoking.

This room is named the Kinesava Mountain Suite because the view from the front porch of this suite looks out at beautiful Mt. Kinesava.  Native Americans named this mountain in honor of Kinesava, the sometimes mischievous Coyote God of the Canyon.

Pa’rus River Queen Suite - Sleeps 2

The Pa’rus River Suite is 300 sq. ft. with private entrance, comfy, beautifully-appointed carved pine queen bedroom set, armoire, sitting area with bistro-size dining table and kitchenette.  This cozy queen suite is fully equipped with under-the counter refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, hot-water kettle, dishware & utensils, private bathroom with jetted tub/shower combination, new, whisper-quiet individual heating/air-conditioning, new flat-screen TV with Direct TV Satellite; free telephone and wireless internet services.  We provide complimentary fresh-ground coffee, tea selection and hot chocolate, as well as breakfast vouchers to great local restaurants so you can set your own schedule and enjoy your favorite foods.  All Canyon Vista lodging is non-smoking. 

This suite is named after the Pa'rus River (the original Native American name for the river) that carved Zion Canyon.  You can walk from our Pa’rus River Suite to the west side of our wonderful Canyon Vista property to wade in the Pa’rus River, known today as the Virgin River.

The Mukuntuweap Canyon Suite is 350 sq. ft. with private entrance, comfy, beautifully-appointed carved cherry queen bedroom set, armoire, sitting area with bistro-size dining table and kitchenette.  This cozy queen suite is fully equipped with under-the counter refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, hot-water kettle, dishware & utensils, private bathroom with jetted tub/shower combination, new, whisper-quiet individual heating/air-conditioning, new, flat-screen TV with Direct TV Satellite; free  telephone and wireless internet services.  We provide complimentary fresh-ground coffee, tea selection and hot chocolate, as well as breakfast vouchers to great local restaurants so you can set your own schedule and enjoy your favorite foods.  All Canyon Vista lodging is non-smoking. 

This suite carries the original name for Zion Canyon given by explorer John Wesley Powell: “Mukuntuweap.”  It is believed to be a Paiute name meaning straight canyon. Theodore Roosevelt proclaimed the area Mukuntuweap National Monument in 1909. Mormon settlers referred to this area as Zion, a place of refuge, and in 1919, U.S. Congress established Zion National Park.
